Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting support@minimurtees.com.
  • Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued in the same manner as the original payment.
  • Refunds for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders require customer confirmation and exclude shipping fees.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 8-10 business days after receipt of the returned product in its original condition.


Return and Replacement Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
  • Customers must include an unboxing video of the product in their email to help us understand and resolve the issue promptly.
  • Products that have been altered, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • Items without original labels or seals will not qualify for returns.


Important:

We are not responsible for delays in crediting refunds to the customer’s account, as this process is managed by the respective bank or payment gateway.

NOTE:
If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to deny a replacement or refund and withhold any payments already made.
